No groups under 21 years of age. No party groups (i.e. stag and hen).
Only persons listed on booking form may occupy a property. No sub-letting.
County& Coastact as booking agents only. Bookings are subject to availability on receipt of deposit and after confirmation from owner that the property will be available on the date requested.
Deposit is non-returnable after booking has been accepted. Balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday starts.
Holiday Cancellation Cover "Your booking is a legally binding contract, which means if you cancel your holiday you may lose your deposit and could be charged the whole balance if we are unable to re-let your booking. We strongly recommend you insure your holiday against cancellation or curtailment".
In event of cancellation: Notice must be given in writing. Full rent is payable unless property is re-booked. Holiday must be paid in full before any refund is made. If valid cancellation cover is held, this should cover the holiday cost less any excess, but re-payment may not be made until after the holiday end date.
If property is not available due to circumstances beyond County& Coast's control, they are relieved from liability, but will try to find comparable accommodation, or will refund payment.
County& Coastcannot accept liability for loss, damage or expense of any kind sustained by you or your party members in connection with accommodation. You should ensure that you have sufficient insurance.
All breakages, damages and shortages must be notified and paid for. On take-over, any items missing or damaged must be reported immediately.
Holiday visitors must not play loud music or cause annoyance to anyone living nearby. The right is reserved to decline to accept, or to expel, any visitor for detrimental conduct.
Children must not be allowed to cause a nuisance around the accommodation.
Only properly trained well-behaved pets, may stay. Pets, if permitted are not allowed on furniture. Pet owners must provide pet bedding. All pet hairs and traces that a pet has stayed must be removed from the property and garden by the end of the property. Pet owners are liable for any damage they cause.
County& Coastinspect every property*except spanish* in the brochure and try to ensure that it is accurately described. They will do everything possible to assist you to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday, but cannot be held responsible for omissions, lack of cleaning or poor maintenance, by the owners or of representatives. Please contact the Agent, the owners or their representative, if you have a problem or something goes wrong, but remember it sometimes takes time to put this right any complaints must be put in writing to County& Coast who will take them up with the owner. County& Coasthave no authority to make refunds but will negotiate with the property owners,
No refunds will be entertained should you arrive at the holiday property and declined not to stay (unless the description of the property differs substantially from the Brochure description.
Full payment must accompany the booking form for holiday booked less than 6 weeks before the start date. If booking less than 2 weeks before the holiday, payment must be in cleared funds.
A security deposit is payable, to be paid on or before collection of property keys.
At the end of the holiday accommodation must be handed back in a clean condition. Any extra cleaning that has to be carried out before hand-over to the new occupant will be charged for.

PART WEEKS
Most but not all owners will accept part week bookings, mainly in low season. Late availability part week dates not offered as special short breaks are charged as follows: 3 nights weekend = 70%. 4 nights midweek = 70% 4 nights including a Saturday = 75%. 5 nights = 85%. 6 nights = 95%
IF breaks are available at Bank holidays add 5% to above.
ARRIVALS: Keys should be collected between 2.00pm & 4.00pm on Saturdays, and between 12.00pm & 2.00pm on bank Holidays. Receipted invoice will show key collection point. Surcharge for late arrivals of £15.00. No arrivals after 7.00pm please!
DEPARTURE: The property MUST be vacated by 10.00am and keys returned before 10.30am on the morning of departure. Some keys must be returned to owners/cleaners, and all others must be returned to County& Coast.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:A £75.00 Security Deposit (chalets £50.00) is charged on all properties. This must be paid on or before collection keys to a property and is returned in full during the week after you have vacated assuming the property has been left with no breakages, no damages, nothing has been removed, the property has been left clean, and all keys have been returned.
